AVE Services can provide a range of services for your corporate event, company exhibition or awards ceremony. We specialise in creative set design, graphics, AV equipment hire, lighting, sound and presentation management.
AV Equipment Hire
We stock a range of AV equipment for hire. Our equipment includes wireless microphones, PA speaker systems, lighting, high lumen projectors and a range of projection screens sizes. More details can be found on our equipment hire list.
Technical Support
As well as hiring equipment, we supply professional lighting, sound and video technicians to run them. We’ve worked for all kinds of corporate events and know the importance of getting the technology to run perfectly. We are located in Aldermaston, locally to many conference venues within the Newbury, Berkshire area, including Regency Park Hotel, Elcot Park Hotel, Warbrook House Hotel, and the Vineyard, Stockcross. Our technicians have worked at all of these venues and more and so are well acquainted with the conference facilities there.
Set Design
Our conference sets can be designed in house to your specifications to match your branding. We send visualisations and concepts before the event so nothing is left as a surprise on the day.
Filming and Live Streaming
As well as technical support and AV hire, we also offer filming and live streaming for your event.
Live streaming is a powerful way to employ the internet to solve several challenges that events organisers face. Often one of the difficulties in organising an event is the practicalities of getting many people to to the venue. This isn’t just a practical issue, it’s an economic issue and can be tackled by streaming the event in real time, so that the delegates can watch from where they are.
The second advantage of streaming your business event is the promotional value that comes with a digital audience. If you’re streaming an award show, you can use it as a way to advertise. We design a webpage for your stream, tailored to your branding, social media, and various product adverts. We place your event on a global stage.
We have a team of professional video editing specialists who can edit the footage from the day together, meaning that AVE can be your one stop for all technical aspects – instead of juggling between video producers, sound technicians and so on.
