Delivery Times
We aim to deliver equipment 1–2 hours before your event starts, unless otherwise arranged. Collection is usually within a few hours after your event or the next working day for multi-day hires.
Need a tighter window or an early morning setup? Just let us know—we’re flexible.
Setup & Pack Down
All AV equipment hired with delivery includes on-site setup and pack down by our experienced technicians (unless otherwise agreed).
We’ll:
- Unload and position all equipment
- Test everything to ensure it’s working perfectly
- Show you how to operate key parts (e.g. microphones, remotes, control panels)
- Return to collect and pack down after your event
Dry Hire (Customer Collection)
Prefer to collect yourself? No problem.
You can collect selected items from our Aldermaston warehouse (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) by prior arrangement. Bring a suitable vehicle, ID, and deposit if required.
Some items—like large screens or staging—require professional delivery and setup for safety reasons.
Delivery & Setup Costs
Our delivery and setup rates are based on distance and complexity of the job.
As a general guide:
- Up to 10 miles ~£25 + VAT
- 10–20 miles ~£55 + VAT
- 20–30 miles ~£95 + VAT
Orders over £999 qualify for free delivery within 30 miles.
