Live relays send your slides and/or live camera to additional screens around the room—or into overflow spaces—so guests at the back (or next door) see everything clearly.

What is a live relay?

A live relay is a duplicate feed of your main presentation or camera mix, delivered to LCD screens on stands, foyer screens, or additional rooms. It’s ideal for wide rooms, large audiences, and overflow areas.

Where relays shine

Back rows & sightlines: Add 65–86″ screens mid-room so graphs and small text stay readable.
Wide rooms: Left/Middle/Right relays angled to each seating bay.
Overflow & foyer: 43–55″ for latecomers or networking areas.
Ceremonies & weddings: Share the moment with guests in adjoining rooms.

A Lot of weddings require live relays when there isn’t enough space for all of the guests to be seated in the church or ceremony room. With the cameras capturing the important moments close up, it’s just like being in the same room!

We use HD-SDI cable for any distances over 10 meters, and can go up to 100 meters away from the original source of camera or presentation.

Conferences use live relays to help the audience sitting nearer the back of the room to see the smaller pictures or text. Some events like to split their audience off into groups and so having multiple screens at there disposal is often very helpful.
