We partnered with n2O to deliver a crisp, modern AV package for their Christmas conference and party at the beautiful Monkey Island Estate in Windsor. With wintry conditions (think fresh snow and sub‑zero load‑ins!), our team ensured the day flowed smoothly from daytime content to evening celebrations.

The Brief

• Support a daytime conference with clear visuals for all attendees.

Our Technical Solution

LED Videowall

• 3 × 2 m LED videowall driven by a NovaStar scaler, delivering punchy clarity for presentations and VT playback.

Satellite Displays

• 4 × 50″ LCD screens on Unicol stands, each fed via a Blackmagic SDI → HDMI conversion path for tidy cable runs and dependable signals.

Signal & Distribution

• HD‑SDI video distribution using Decimator units for robust, low‑latency routing across the room.

Presenter Comfort

• ASUS 28″ confidence monitor at the lectern for slides, timers and show notes.

On‑Site Logistics

The event coincided with a cold snap—and a picture‑perfect blanket of snow over Monkey Island Estate. Load‑in and get‑out were brisk to say the least, but our crew planned for the weather with early arrival, protected cases, and careful cable management to keep everything dry and safe.

Delivery & Showcalling

• Pre‑flight checks on all sources and scalers ensured consistent colour and audio alignment across the LED and satellite screens.

• Redundant SDI paths meant any single‑point failure could be bypassed instantly.

• Our operators supported presenter rehearsals, last‑minute slide tweaks, and VT roll‑ins, then switched the room mood for the evening party.

Outcome

Attendees enjoyed crystal‑clear visuals from every seat, the client had full confidence in the playback chain, and the transition from conference to party was effortless for the audience. The snowy backdrop made for some incredible photos—inside and out.
