On 10th March, AVE Services was proud to provide full event production for the Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Southern Women of Achievement Awards 2017, held at Trunkwell House near Reading.

The day began with a drinks reception and light entertainment, giving guests the opportunity to mingle and celebrate the inspiring women being recognised. As the nominees entered the room together, the audience rose to their feet in a standing ovation — a powerful and emotional start to the celebration.

Throughout the event, there were opportunities to support Sue Ryder’s vital work through a raffle, auction, and interactive fundraising games. As the incredible stories of the nominees were shared, guests were moved to contribute even more, raising funds to support those living with life-limiting conditions.
