Conference at the Fairmont

AVE Services recently had the pleasure of enhancing a prestigious conference held at the Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel in Windsor, Berkshire. Our team provided a comprehensive AV setup that included a 3.5m x 2m LED video wall, relay screens in 50” and 65” sizes, and a comfort monitor to support the presenters. The LED video wall served as a dynamic focal point, showcasing vibrant visuals and multimedia content, while the relay screens ensured that every attendee had a clear view of the presentations from any angle.

In addition to these key elements, we supplied staging and lighting that perfectly complemented the conference’s elegant setting. Our professional lighting setup helped to create a sophisticated atmosphere and highlight the key areas of the stage. The comfort monitor allowed speakers to easily follow their presentations while engaging with the audience.
