When the new Pavilion at Boundary Park in Didcot was built, it was designed to become a vibrant hub for the surrounding community. Positioned in the heart of a new housing estate, the Pavilion was envisioned as a versatile venue that could cater to a wide range of events — from business conferences and corporate gatherings to private parties and community celebrations.
AVE Services was selected to provide an audiovisual solution that would match the Pavilion’s multi-purpose nature and deliver a professional experience for every type of event.
Understanding the Requirements
The Pavilion includes multiple spaces with different functions, which made flexibility a top priority for the installation.

Upstairs Room: Primarily designed for conferences, training sessions, and corporate events. Clear visuals and professional sound were essential to create a polished environment for business users.

Downstairs Bar: A more informal space intended to host social gatherings, parties, and local community events, requiring a simple-to-use AV setup that could support speeches, music, and entertainment.
