Creating the Perfect Festival Setup
Our team provided all the essential equipment to turn a blank outdoor space into a lively festival environment. This included:

Capturing and Sharing the Day
AVE Services also developed a custom event upload page where photos from throughout the day could be quickly shared and displayed. Highlights and candid moments were showcased live on two 50″ screens in the main tent, helping to bring everyone together and celebrate the memories as they happened.
A Special Guest Appearance
The pre-dinner entertainment was a true highlight. Olympic gold medalist rower Tim Foster, a champion from the Sydney 2000 Games, shared his inspiring story and relived the golden moment with the audience. Guests cheered as the iconic victory footage played, and the experience became even more memorable when AVE’s own technicians got the chance to wear the medal and admire it up close.
