Fore Front asked us to design a clean, branded environment for an offsite that combined conference content with time for activities. Our team handled the full technical production — from early visuals and stage layout to installation, show-calling, and onsite support.

Our Solution

Scenic & Visuals

  • Custom branded set finished in white faux leather, with matching white lectern.

  • Centrally mounted 75″ display for slides and VT playback.

  • Pre‑visualisation and dimensioned drawings to align stakeholders and venue in advance.

Audio & Control

  • PA system specified for a 200‑person audience, tuned for the room.

  • Wireless microphones (handhelds and lapels) for panel and presenters.

  • Relay screens positioned to give the audience clear sightlines.

  • Discreet technical position with show control and playback.

Staging & Logistics

  • Low‑profile stage for panel seating and lectern position.

  • Load‑in, build, and derig scheduled around venue access and golf course operations.

  • Full technical support on the day, including sound engineer and show caller.

Design & Pre‑Production

We produced scaled drawings and a visualisation to confirm set heights, lectern position and panel chair spacing. This allowed the client to sign off the look and ensured a precise fit with the venue’s natural light and window lines.

On the Day

  • Doors opened to a clean, brand‑forward stage look.

  • Quick changeovers between presenters kept the agenda on time.
