On Wednesday 28th June, AVE Services was delighted to provide full event production for the 11th Annual RMS User Forum — a flagship gathering that brought together over 25 leading retail brands and businesses.
The event was hosted in a purpose-built RMS marquee that transformed throughout the day, moving from insightful presentations and networking sessions to a glamorous awards evening that celebrated innovation and success across the retail sector.
Bringing the Forum to Life
AVE Services delivered a complete technical solution to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. From sound and lighting to staging and video support, every detail was carefully planned to suit the dual purpose of the venue — business forum by day, awards celebration by night.
Our production team worked closely with RMS to make sure the transition from conference setup to awards evening was smooth and visually striking. The result was an engaging space where industry leaders could share ideas during the day and later celebrate achievements in a lively, polished setting.
Celebrating Retail Excellence
The evening saw seven prestigious awards presented, recognising the creativity, innovation, and impact of RMS customers. The awards ceremony was hosted by TV comedian Ian Moore and TV retail expert and author Phillip Adcock (SBXL), adding humour and energy to the night.
