We supported a tourism showcase highlighting Calvià and the “new” Magaluf, hosted alongside World Travel Market (WTM). The Mayor of Calvià addressed guests, shared images, and premiered a short video that introduced the destination’s refreshed message: “Magaluf for all.”

Our brief

Deliver a compact, polished event setup inside a working studio space—providing crisp audio for speeches, a bright display for photos and video, and tidy branding touches that respected the venue’s aesthetic.

Kit & setup

• 1× 75″ QLED display (screen hire)

• 1× Mackie battery speaker (portable, no trailing power)

• 1× Sennheiser handheld microphone with receiver

• 1× F2000 battery pack for discrete power where needed

• Pipe & drape backdrop to frame the presentation area

• On-site setup and technical support from arrival to de-rig

The all-in-one, battery-friendly solution ensured clean cable runs and quick transitions between the Mayor’s speech, photo moments, and the destination video.
