Brief

Create a reliable live relay from the church to an overflow marquee, with clear sightlines and intelligible speech, while keeping the footprint tidy and minimally intrusive to the service.

Our solution

  • Dual large-format displays: We supplied 2 × 75″ QLED screens for bright, legible visuals in daylight.

  • Professional audio capture: 3 Sennheiser microphones captured spoken word clearly for relay and reinforcement.

  • Broadcast-grade vision mix: A Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K fed into a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro for clean switching and live control.

  • Robust sound reinforcement: 2 RCF speakers delivered even coverage inside the marquee.

  • Stable power, independent of venue supply: 2 Anker F2000 battery packs ran in UPS mode to protect against dips and keep everything stable.

  • Long-run transmission: We used SDI over armoured fibre to handle the cable length and external routing safely and reliably.
