In September, AVE Services was proud to deliver full event production for Hitachi Capital’s annual employee conference. The goal was clear — create a powerful, visually striking setting that would leave a lasting impression on the 200 employees attending each day.
Creating a High-Impact Visual Experience
To meet Hitachi Capital’s vision, we installed a 3×3 video wall, delivering bright, sharp, and crystal-clear visuals for presentations and videos throughout the day. The large display ensured easy viewing for every attendee, no matter where they were seated, creating an impressive focal point in the room.
This setup provided a professional, immersive experience, giving the conference the high production value Hitachi Capital wanted for such an important internal event.
Bespoke Stage and Branding
A key priority was to reflect Hitachi’s corporate identity in the design. We built a bespoke white set, enhanced with red LED uplighters to match Hitachi’s signature branding. Custom signage was produced and integrated into the set, further reinforcing the company’s message and presence throughout the day.
The centrepiece of the production was an 8-metre-wide stage, designed to comfortably accommodate Hitachi Capital’s 11 senior team leaders. This allowed them to engage in a live Q&A session with employees, fostering transparency and direct communication.

From staging and AV equipment to branding and lighting, every element was chosen to ensure the conference achieved its goal: to inspire, inform, and connect with the audience. The combination of striking visuals, professional sound, and a sleek stage design helped create a memorable experience for everyone in attendance.
