We regularly work in hotels, conference centres, barns, marquees and unique spaces. Our team will:

How early should we book Christmas party AV?

For peak dates in late November and December, the earlier the better. Once you have a venue and a date, it’s worth getting in touch so we can reserve equipment and crew.

Can you work with our chosen DJ or band?

Yes. We regularly work alongside DJs and live acts and can provide full sound systems or add to what they already bring.

Do you visit the venue beforehand?

For more complex setups or new venues, a site visit is often helpful. For simple packages in familiar venues, we may be able to plan everything from drawings and photos.

Can you support multiple parties in the same venue?

Yes. If you’re a venue running a series of shared Christmas party nights, we can design a repeatable setup that works across the whole run.

Do you only cover Berkshire?

We’re based in Berkshire, but we work widely across the South of England and into London. If you’re unsure, just ask.
