Where we fit in

AVE Services provided a Digital Lectern for the speeches. We delivered, positioned and tested the lectern with the organiser, confirmed the content looked right on the front display, and gave a brief handover so the team could run the programme smoothly. Then we stepped back so the focus stayed on the people and the occasion.

The Princess Royal is well known for her long-standing support of charities across the UK, particularly those that champion community, health and care. Her visit brought extra excitement to the day and meant lots of handshakes, smiles, and photos with residents and staff.

 

About Friends of the Elderly and Friends Place

Friends of the Elderly is a charity dedicated to helping older people live well- with care homes, day services and community support. Friends Place is their new home in Calcot, designed for residential and dementia care with welcoming shared spaces for activities and family visits.
