Leightons Opticians Event

On a glorious day at Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire, AVE Services was helping provide equipment and technical services for an event for Leightons Opticians.

The event took place across all floors in the Hampshire stand and in the Owners Club with equipment being provided for all spaces. The top floor in the Hennessy suite, where you can see the panoramic views over the racecourse and the finish line, held the main conference with a large screen for the 200 delegates. We provided 4 repeater screens for the large audience to be able to see the in-depth presentations and wireless microphones for everyone to hear clearly.

The Owners club also hosted several guest speakers and with the talks being more interactive in this space, the 86” touchscreen we provided was the perfect addition to making this a success. The wireless handheld microphones allowed everyone in the audience to ask questions and join in with the talk.

To help make the day run smoothly, 3 technicians were on site to run the audio and visual equipment over the two buildings.
