On a bright and clear day at Newbury Racecourse, AVE Services supported Leightons Opticians with full AV hire and technical expertise to deliver a successful event.
The Hampshire Stand and the Owners Club were both used throughout the day, with tailored event production provided for each space.
The main conference took place in the Hennessy Suite on the top floor, where panoramic views of the finish line set the scene for over 200 delegates. A 14ft projection screen was paired with four repeater screens to ensure every guest had a clear view of the detailed presentations. To complement this setup, wireless microphones were supplied for crisp, reliable sound across the room.
Meanwhile, the Owners Club hosted more interactive sessions with guest speakers. Here, our 86” touchscreen created a dynamic and engaging environment, allowing presenters and delegates to interact seamlessly. Wireless handheld microphones encouraged audience participation, giving everyone the chance to ask questions and contribute.
To keep everything running smoothly across both venues, three AVE Services technicians were on site throughout the day to operate the audio and visual equipment.
