We arrived at 8am to begin setup ahead of the 2pm meeting. Early starts like this give our clients valuable time for rehearsals and last-minute adjustments – ensuring every detail is perfect before their guests arrive. After a successful day, we returned around 9pm to derig and collect the equipment, leaving the space exactly as we found it.

The 100” 4K Screen – A Showstopper at Claridge’s

The 100-inch 4K display was a real highlight during delivery and setup. Its sheer size drew plenty of attention as we brought it through Claridge’s — guests and staff alike stopped to admire the screen before it even reached The Drawing Room.

Once installed, the display became the visual centrepiece of the meeting.
The electric lift stand allowed us to position it at the perfect height, giving every attendee a clear view of slides, figures, and live content.
